To Print Items in the For Sale Database...

Because the database used to store For Sale items is maintained at a separate location on the internet, it has its own "frame" on the page, and you can't simply hit the "Print" button on your web browser to print a listing. If you do, you'll get some unwanted text and no photo.

To successfully print a listing (to post on a bulletin board, take to the bank, etc), follow the instructions below. Remember: all mouse clicks are with the left mouse button unless otherwise stated.

If you're using Internet Explorer 7:

1. Choose an item in the database and click on the "Details" button to display the item description, complete with photos.

2. Position your mouse pointer over one of the photos in the desired listing and click your left mouse button once (selects the frame for printing).

3. Click the printer icon on the browser's main menu. The listed item will print correctly, with text and photos.

If you're using Firefox 2:

1. Choose an item in the database and click on the "Details" button to display the item description, complete with photos.

2. Position your mouse pointer over one of the photos in the desired listing and click your right mouse button once. A menu will pop up.

3. Click "This Frame," then click "Show only This Frame." Your browser will then display only the desired item.

4. Click "File" on the browser's main menu (upper left), then click "Print." The listed item will print correctly, with text and photos.
